Money and Metrics

Peter Drucker is quoted as saying: “What gets measured gets done”. Metrics drive behaviors, both good and bad. Often organizations continue to use traditional metrics while transforming, which can cause damaging effects, either impeding progress or destroying it all together. This session will be a discussion of a metrics strategy, to help you identify what metrics might work and the impact they may have on your teams and organization.
